Year 5 Weekly

Our first week in year 5 was really good fun!  We enjoyed the performance poetry very much and Adam read his poem in assembly...he was fab!  In maths we have been looking at place value and have played lots of games.

We really enjoyed sketching because we all sat outside and took ourselves off into our own little worlds.  PE was fun too as we enjoyed lots of group games to encourage our team work skills.

In Come and See we talked about appreciating 'ourselves'.  We liked talking about our talents and qualities although some of us found this hard!

All-in-all we feel welcomed into Year 5 and are ready to enjoy a great year of learning and laughing!
