Congratulations Isaac!

We are very proud of Isaac who recently won a poetry competition organised by Sts. Peter and Paul.  He was presented with a £20 voucher as well as looking after the P&P Mascots for the week...the Mascots have so far taken part in Breakfast with Santa, Bubble Bingo and Christmas Lunch.

His winning poem is below - it was written to represent the Mascots, 'Courage and Wisdom'.

It takes wisdom to have experience

But courage to have resilience.

 

It takes wisdom to understand

But it takes courage to withstand.

 

It takes wisdom to aspire

But courage to admire.

 

It takes wisdom to believe

But it takes courage to achieve.

 

It takes wisdom to choose

But it takes courage to share your voice.

 

It takes wisdom to try

But courage to cry.
